SWH Lady Ponies State action to be aired on 102.7 "The Legend"

The SWH Lady MUstangs play Hillsboro Wednesday in 3A state in Hutchinson. The game will be aired on 102.7 FM "The Legend".

The Southwestern Heights Lady Mustangs will take the number 1 seed into Wednesday nights contest against Hiilsboro in the 3A State Tournament in Hutchinson. At 22-1, SWH will be making their thirteenth state appearance under Head Coach Barry Mellen, now in his 24th year at Heights. Heights won 3A state in Hutch in 1980, and claimed the 1992 2A State Championship in 1992. They finisehd second in 2003 and 2001. Game time is 6:30 and all Heights games will be broadcast on 102.7 FM "The Legend".

Game sponsors include: Lana Miller, CPA, Jenning Trenching and Backhoe, Plains Equity Exchange, Southwest Family Farms, The Plains State Bank, Mid Plains Construction, Southwest Agri Center, The Apple Hutch, D & L Contractors, the Plains Tavern, TNT Designs, CMS Electric Cooperative, SCCC/ATS, and the First National Bank, Liberal-Hugoton.
